Selection of Hydrogen Chloride in Lubricating Oil Viscosity
In a multi-stage air compressor, the compressed gas output by the previous cylinder is generally cooled and recovered to a temperature slightly higher than the intake temperature and sent to the next cylinder. Because the gas has been compressed, the relative humidity is relatively high. When the saturation point is exceeded, the moisture in the gas will be able to condense. This moisture has a cleaning effect and can cause the cylinder to lose lubricating oil. Secondly, in the hydrocarbon gas compressor, it can not only dissolve in the lubricating oil and reduce the oil Viscosity, and the condensed liquid hydrocarbons are the same as moisture and have a scrubbing effect on the cylinder wall. Therefore, it is easy to choose a higher viscosity for multi-stage, high-pressure, and higher exhaust temperature hydrocarbon gas compressors and air compressors with higher air humidity. The oil with higher viscosity has good adhesion to metal and is beneficial to sealing. For example, L-DAA100 compression oil should be used for medium and low pressure hydrocarbon gas and air compressors, and L-DAA150 compression oil should be used for high pressure multi-stage compressors. The viscosity of the oil selected for the oil-injected rotary compressor is similar. When the pressure is low, the N32 rotary compressor with a kinematic viscosity of 5mm2/s at 100℃ is used, and the viscosity at 100℃ is 11-14 mm2 when the pressure is higher. / s N100 rotary compact engine oil.
Secondly, to avoid the cleaning effect of condensed liquid hydrocarbons and moisture in the air on the lubricating oil, a mixture of animal oil (such as lard or tallow) and mineral oil with a mass fraction of 3%-5% can be used. Animal oil has strong adhesion to metal, and simply resists "washing" and prevents the loss of lubricating oil.
