The calculation and analysis of the balance of hydrogen chloride are proposed to apply the reaction-dehydration coupling technology to the process of hydrogen chloride, and the simulation process of the reaction-dehydration coupling is studied. The results show that in the process of continuous oxidation of hydrogen chloride, increasing the dehydration process can effectively increase the hydrogen chloride The conversion rate of the reaction. The multi-step dehydration cycle process under the condition of insufficient oxygen was investigated, and the results showed that increasing the temperature of the secondary oxidation reaction can significantly increase the conversion rate of hydrogen chloride, under the condition of an HCl/O2 molar ratio of 8:1 After a multi-step dehydration cycle reaction, the total conversion rate of hydrogen chloride can reach 49.3%, and the volume content of oxygen in the reaction mixture is less than 0.2%. This mixture can be directly used in the organic chlorination process.
